You do understand how they came up with the 90% figure right and the target is not just one giant structure ?
They've listed each of the structures at just over 50% COS and the 90% is the chance that at least one of these structures is successful.
10% chance that none of the structures is successful
If one of them isn't successful, then you've just lost a third of your 388million barrels of oil
