Sorry, but my understanding is that those tank are for the flow testing, not commercial production. The result of those flow testing might be good, or they might not be, till then there is NO commercial production.
I hope you have other information, because what you highlight in blue from this ann, IS NOT commercial production.
All imo, and trust me, I would be very happy to see this thing flying too...
