someone with clearly a lot of expertise on this did a really in-depth detailed analysis of the fair price based on all the information so far and came up with $0.86 per share. That included a lot of conservative assumptions too (such as recovery factor of 5%).
If this well appraisal increases the estimates and/or increases any of those conservative assumptions, then it should go higher than that.
So i'm waiting for at least $1 before selling some to be honest - feel free to shoot me down and tell me i'm dreaming, i'm just being honest about my expectations.
