Those small wicks are there because the sellers still have not got in their heads how close we are to some big announcements and they think they will sell now and buy back in the 8's like before.
If they look a bit more carefully they will see that the buyers are accumulating anything they want to throw at them around 10c so good luck trying to buy again at 9c or below.
