The "count back line" situation is very interesting at the moment. Its at the top of the last retrace at 12c.
during an up trend when price goes through a CBL, that CBL price marks the floor under the next retrace..so what`s above 12c that will retrace far enough to a higher low?..I`d say potentially its about 15c-18c..
