I will do as long as the sp is higher then the 78c SPP.

This is my own opinion.

A good cap raising for a company is to get a investor that is willing to pay a premium to current sp. This way it works out best for all involved.

1) Current holders. see more value in there company.

2) management. Makes them look good to shareholders.

3) New investor. Gets a large chunk of shares that they would not have been able to get on market with out sending the sp flying.
