It does seem that way (volume)
2.7 mill through since the SPP ann
normally trades around 150K a day odd due to tight registry
now 25K odd today at the SPP price, selling 78c or below is mad obviuously
with the volume through you would imagine it would be supported here, and seems to be price capped at 85c. I think it will fluff around these prices until the news comes
