i was excited by the seismic on their phillipino plays, you are right in saying it could just be dry dirt. But when i saw that target, i bought in.
Hopefully they tea up a farm in partner, they originally stated their plans were to retain a 20-30% interest and get free carried through drilling. Not sure if this will still be the case with the galoc money, would like to hear what mr parks' plans are. Maybe once galoc starts up he can move his focus on.
