Also worth looking at the current price as a multiple of IFM's cash flows as the hefty amortisation schedule does a good job of clouding the true 'cash' profitability.
Verse the current P/E of ~12.5x, a quick look at P/FCF gives me ~10.4x. And taking one step further, net of the ~$0.05/share in cash, it comes down to ~9.4x.
