Appreciate this, but it is a diversion of cash, resources, board time etc. If bribery and corruption, and "conduct unbecoming" is sitting in the mix, then this is going to get very tough, and expensive.
The momentum in legislature of the last 10 years, and the "conduct of the courts" in US, UK and here is decidedly against this more than what I have ever seen. Be interesting to see the outcomes from the Senate enquiry on Corruption which are due out now.
