    Construction is a very risky business especially the design and construct contract in infrastructure construction space.
    They have been pricing very aggressively, lately securing 3 massive Westconnex jobs in the row.
    Just one debacle can derail the bottom line of the whole company in a flash as happened with the Brisbane Airport contract not too long ago.
