Buyer's at 2.3c are more for the long term and people that can see longer term for GGP. If the Global market starts to jitter again, then this wall will crumble. When things goes wrong, speculative shares are the first one to be dumped by investors. Long term buyers won't be able to secure enough of those investors portion, and then what we see is more down trend. Lets just hope there is not much more bad news coming in over from Europe and US.

May I add, out of this topic, interest rate up 6 times in 8 months in my opinion is not a good thing :p
