that's what you get for having 900 million shares on the market, a few of the brokarage firms will try to cap and accumalate. Probably a few retail doing the same too.
Lets consolidate NXS 10 for 1 and make the share price 3 bucks. Only way it will be over a buck with IT at the helm. MO only.
