    IMO I think the strategic partner in Mexico may also have a connection to Oxxo convenience stores to allow for in store purchases with Airpocket.  *As of 2014  9 million people made a purchases a day in an Oxxo store, would be closer to 10 million now you would imagine.

    Fits in with following comment in Digital X February 23rd announcement.
    "Provider is working on expanding the usage of AirPocket to cover in store purchases in Mexico
