It's a good point about having everything in place first but the marketing of DCC as undervalued stock has commenced. I'm really not sure what they hope is the end game with this marketing push. Is it to put the company on watch lists now and expose it to interested parties who await confirmations or do they expect instant gratification from this kind of push? I could argue in this case that I think Z is trying to lift the sp now so as to do a CR at the highest possible price prior to launch. The mechanics behind the app in conjunction with the telco and the possible Mexican MOU are very sketchy or non existent really so we don't know if anyone using both these partners services need to download the app first from an app store. If they do, then this may explain a lot. If this was the case then they could be forgiven for many things I'm concerned about at the moment. IMO
