    My thoughts on this is that the company wants to get as many users to download the app as possible. If you think about it, if a user is prepared to download airpocket to transfer funds into a relatives phone account they are also going to use the app for direct remittance in a very valuable remittance corridor.
    The cost to the user (making an assumption here) is the same to transfer money into a phone account as it is to their direct account. We just get access to a very large user base.

    DigitalX will receive an 11% commission, alongside standard rate fees, on the value of transfers that will range between US$2 and US$70.

    Hopefully the phone company bear some of the marketing cost of airpocket to their users then it really would be a win for us imo.

    This appears to be a very low cost per user acquisition strategy. Hopefully it works!
