1 Several debt-financing offers have been received by the Company from South African and international investment banks. These are currently being reviewed with the most optimal financing package and partner to be selected by the Company and announcement to the market in May 2011.
2 Botswana ... Gemecs is currently in progress and the Company expect to receive from them in May 2011 an updated assessment of the coal potential...
3 Upon receipt of Gemecs report... The Company anticipates that first drilling on its Botswana projects will commence in late May 2011...
We should be seeing an update on the status of all of the above IMO.
And as we draw nearer to mid-year for an AIM listing am expecting more fun & games b/w now & then
