should explain why I think its going to move, if you notice the buyers at 1.6 keep coming on each time it gets hit strengthening the buyside which should eventually push the market to pay 1.7+
keep in mind posible placement/rights issue coming just a gut feel by market activity & comments made recently, this may work in our favour & finally bring buying interest into RSL & a push back above .02
