I do not think a TO will happen before we know the extent of what we have.
Analysts need hard numbers to put in their spreadsheets to generate hard valuations. At the moment flow rates, pressure, API development planning and many many more factors need clarification.
If anything the lack of knowns will make anything other back of the envelope estimate impossible.
If you are an analyst and tell your boss you think this is a great opportunity, only need 100 Mill to takeover company which will be worth Billions. What hard numbers can you use to justify investing in the company let alone a takeover.
