There is a dichotomy of the oil in block 9. The new play discovered but not yet proven by Errol and AP which is bountiful, deep, expensive and difficult but which is a potential paradigm shift for Cuba. This Is great and means they need to review their entire basin. Then there is the serendipitous upper sheet discovery which is more typical for Cuba. Rich pickings, shallo, cheap, easy drilling and likely repeated through block 9. TBC
