Purcell didn’t buy on market , he converted performance shares of 31m well ahead of time late March , costing him a tax liability
his sale in May was 0.004% of his total holding for exactly $100k - he has thought he needs cash for tax obligation so just rounded it off
so much misinformation posted here , performance shares were agreed and approved November AGM , so stop the whinging
