Varadero is currently producing about 25,000 barrels per day, at its peak it was producing just above 30,000 barrels per day. If we get some good flow rates from Alameda, Marti and then Zapato comes good, I beleive 20,000 barrels per day from those 2 prospects is very possible in 1 years time.
I have attached a document that shows Varadero current, past and future oil production, it shows that oil production is on steep decline and by 2030 Varadero will be only producing 10,000 barrels per day, Block 9 oil production will be very handy for Cuba if we can get some good oil production, looks like all our sales will almost certainly be going to Cuba.
