If you were the person who had a good idea of what the Sn price was going to do, not least because you're one of the biggest producers, and could bring on supply roughly as required, you would. I think Sn is a near oligopoly. There aren't obvious barriers to entry, but the Sn price is one. It's a bit like BHP and RIO did for decades. As I quipped before, "this is our paddock".
