I heard a good story about Mayala employment with Pluton today. One of the employees, 48yo, has just bought his first house. He saved a deposit from his salary and a bank, after checking with Pluton on employment status etc, gave him a home loan.

This guy had never had a real job in his life before Pluton and he (together with his wife and kids) were living with his parents before this.

I think such stories demonstrate why there will be no issue with coming to an agreement. It is as much a win for the community as it is we shareholders that Irvine is mined.
