the wording of the last ann. was "material cap raising" normally is used whemn they have placed shares with sophisticated investors... it's pure speculation that they will announce the raising of the $10m previously mentioned. IMO it's a fair bet that' part of it.

as far as consolidation, i think since they are changing their activities to mining and production they have to re issue a prospectus, and when you re issue , you have to raise a cerain amount of cash at not less than .20c per share...
