IMO, we could easily see the heads double on good news from the Birch wells, back in 2010 AZZ sold their shale holding for $ 8,600+ per acre, sales of holdings smaller than 10000 acres were selling around $ 6500 per acre and there were sales in excess of $ 10,000 per acre, if we put a value of $ 9,000 per acre on the Birch holding of 5000 acres that alone is $45 mill, then any cash held, and the added value of Pathfinder and Cooper basin, a capital value of $ 90 mill + is easily achievable.
We might all be surprised IMO.
