    Hi santa mongombolo

    Thanks for the welcome back ... although I have been reading HC posts regularly other commitments have prevented me from posting.

    Further to comments in my earlier post today re BHP & the DOW; for BHP recent significant swing highs have been:
    June5 - $38.60 [rise of $6.30 from $32.30]
    Aug4 - $39.63 [up from $31.33 => rise of $8.30]
    Sep17 - $39.85 [rise of $3.73 from Sep3]
    Oct22 - $40.28 [rise of $4.26 from Oct2]
    Nov10 High - $38.54 [$2.18 rise from Nov2]

    Recent significant swing lows [triple bottoms?] have been 30 days apart:
    Sep3 - $36.12 [fall of $3.51]
    Oct2 - $36.02 [fall of $3.83]
    Nov2 - $36.36 [fall of $3.92]

    Recently then BHP has experienced marginally higher significant highs with approx. the same significant swing lows [mean of $36.17]. Triple bottoms may point to a $3.75*2 = $7.50 rise to $43.86 by Nov27? However, if this rally falters and support at $36.17 thereafter fails ... the Aug8 low of $31.33 is a long way down!
