Personally I have no problem in BG trying to make JMS look more attractive even if that is not necessarily in the best interests of others. He is trying to relist plus sell 25% of the consortium shares at the highest price possible. I dont have to like him as a person, there are plenty of hard nosed people in business, nice people dont seem to fare as well.
If he cannot get a good price for the 25% then the relist may not take place at all, I dont think the relist is a given without the sale of the 25% at a good price. Just my opinion
