No time to ring management yet able to read and post on hotcopper religiously, why can't you ring exactly? Rob claims to have spent some of his time contacting management and i understand your sentiment to a point, but unless you have information contrary to him from management its a little unreasonable to simply claim he is unsubstantiated, I much prefer his posts to the begging for crumbs by some posters from management on an internet forum that they most likely don't even read.
