I think the EOY results will be ugly anything more would invalidate the conditions agreed to under terms of the class action (ie we have no money to settle for anything more than conditions persuant to our insurance). At best cash flow neutral.

In short all the garbage they can get rid of in the upcoming results will happen with they are release at EOM. It will clear the decks and set themselves up better times ahead. I think the EOY annual meeting will mark a turning point for the company and hopefully for that matter shareholders . Time will tell
