What a disappointing admission of abject failure of managements management of shareholders interests for over 5 years. Where has there ever been a benefit to "shareholders" over the 5 years?

Management is relying on higher share price to enable rights issue to raise funds for a pilot plant and pipeline construction?
So the stock is set to be ramped and dumped as rights issues are made. Good management strategy?
