What's got me baffled is when COP contracted the rig, price of oil was still over $90 a barrel, plummeting to half that when discount drilling was mentioned by the joint venture, good timing and very low cost drilling, was the story forwarded to FAR and CNE shareholders alike.
Unless there is a renegotiating clause in the contract, It feels like we may been deceived, at and by the convenience of Conoco.
