in my experience, when there is 1 offer, there will most likely be 2. that's why the sp of the buyee usually exceeds the offer during the early days of trading.

right now SUN is at 2333, so offer would be 7.90
pmn price is at 7.40. I take it that means the market not sure whether offer will be approved. also it's a "conditional offer"

but i see SUN has better chance with pmn than IAG or QBE.... but what would I know.
