FAS recieved a signed acceptance form, in good faith, they issued the shares at 7 to 1. Falak can't claim ignorance because GWR says to reject the takeover offer, do nothing...
Signing a form and posting it in, isn't nothing.
Someone, somewhere gave the instructions to sign it and send it. If they were authorised to sign it, then it's valid, if Falak's not happy with it, it's up to him to take it up with his agent and chase them for compensation.
FAS entered into a contract in good faith, why should they be penalised?
