    Its been difficult to understand why it had been such a long time coming but I have a good feeling thats escalating.

    Did anyone read deeply into the JV proposals? Like perhaps use of CAI plant in addition to the HAO plant which is not that far away? Remember that our plant is set up for Elazac and CAI is cyanide.........food for thought?
