Then more good news regarding tender for Navy contract which I don't know if Newsat tendered or not: but below is reply from Rob Jolly to me on 24/9/07.
Sorry, I can not speculate or make disclosures ahead of full market announcement. I can confirm that there is a tender by the Navy for some satellite services currently open but it will not close for some weeks and any decision, you would expect, would be some significant time away. I can not confirm or deny that NewSat is involved at this time.
