It's something I've been thinking about for a week.
Somebody is obviously going to a lot of time and expense to short this stock at the very time that the market is waiting for impending announcements that will supposedly send this stock flying. Such an announcement would be very costly to a this somebody, unless of course you were in a position to know when the announcement was comming.
