Be cautious of same issues in LWP being high capital investment cost versus micro cap ability to raise the multi $m required. Sole dependence on larger industry players to do deals means long (years) waits and poor negotiating leverage

Been there as well with QHL and understand where you are coming from.

Major difference I see is one is primarily a manufacturer who may license, while it might be in LWP's better interests to focus on licenses and leave JV's as choices for when the balance sheet is more substantial.

But anyway, come back any time, especially if you have one of your classic one liners on offer!
