in reference to your last paragraph re; " Draining The Swamp" all you write is correct and yes only 1000 of the 1st edition were ever produced, hence its now very high re-purchase costs and that is if you are lucky enough to be able to find a copy.
However upon the passing of Harvey F Bernard in 2005 his wife and family decided to reprint a 2nd edition(2005), I have just been able to purchase a copy from eBay US$300, these are being sold by his own family as it appears that they have decided to release the last remaining few that they have in their possession.
His Daughter Dion has 3 remaining copies and at US$300, which seems very reasonable when you consider that they are truly authentic, brand new and directly from the family.
Do not know if this is of interest to you but just thought I would give you the heads up.
