Positives
1. Tight register (top 5 hold over 72%) as at Oct 2023 Annual Report
2. On the way to production expected Q2 2025 as at Nov 2023 Presentation (from my experience these timelines tend to slip)
3. Through the 10c barrier
Negatives
1. Financing (things can change suddenly. For example, another GFC event)
2. Approvals (delays can occur which depends on the government of the day)
3. Costing (huge blow outs can disable a company)
