Mongolian government will own majority of road and Akm own let’s say 49% (I’m picking lower than 50). Commercial vehicles will get charged to use road including AKM vehicles.
Akm subsidiary will take care of road maintenance
thete are other mines that will most likely start using road if it is developed (didn’t go into specifics) so it’s good for everyone
non-commercial vehicles to get free travel - that’s my understanding- or extremely cheap
this is just a high level proposal and might change or I might have misunderstood but it seems logical commercial pays and non commercial free
