"The main permission outstanding to progress financing and further development of the planned
CHPP is the DEIA. During the Quarter the Company did not receive Order and Conclusion
from the Ministry of Nature, Environment and Tourism to, collectively the General
Environmental Impact Assessment (GEIA), against which the DEIA is to be submitted.

Environmental Baseline Study (EBS) and draft of the DEIA have already been prepared;
however, these cannot be submitted until after the GEIA has been issued.
A meeting of the local community in which the CHPP is planned to be constructed is expected
to be held in August, and the Company is trying to ensure that the GEIA is received prior to
then so that the DEIA can be introduced at this meeting as part of the required community
consultation process."
