Agree with the sentiment that there's a lot of relatively unfounded positivity on the board at the moment considering the fundamentals haven't meaningfully changed yet. David would not have bailed at such a crucial moment after all those years of work if it looked like moving ahead so quickly.

In saying that, there is one big difference and that's the approval from each affected soum paving the way for road approval. That one requirement dragged out for yeeeeaaars and felt like it was never going to happen. So much work went into building those relationships and you can see the result in how the company wants to operate in a respectful and environmentally conscious way.

If the DEIA approval doesn't happen as expected by end of March then I'll be very sceptical of the new boards ability to get this moving, but it does feel different this time.
