It appeared that afternoon buying yesterday in particular was one buyer. It may be that this is an institution who is investing on the back of a presentation. Maybe they are more aware of the progress RIA are making. If it is an institution it would be great if they grab a big chunk, as this would move the SP significantly. If then an announcemnt of sorts is made and volume from the retail trade increases, this could really be multiples of the current SP. This is just my thoughts only.. I like RIA due to their low MC and the quality of their management team. DYOR..
