Shags, the SP would certainly indicate something is happening, but whether a deal is in the bag or not is another story. RIA have had a couple of near misses before and I'm sure deals are hard to come by in this environment of high oil prices, but these guys seem to be persistent, so let's hope they've finally consummated a deal.
Some sellers appearing now I notice, let's see if they get scooped up.
