My question remains as to who is holding it back?

I agree something is happenning and probably lots of things. I still think that someone is accumulating and has been doing most of the buying lately. But I think the selling is just natural attrition selling as some have been waiting to get out at a reasonable level due to the past shakey market conditions and the fact it looks like we are about to go through more. Nervous people are taking the opportunity to get out...and thats all it is.

I know this company lets the share price take care of itself as they are to busy running the business and trying to secure deals.
