i like the idea of a TradingHalt, but if that was the case then wouldnt holders have to wait untill the refiance has been completed (posisbly end of april + end of sept?). Far to long to wait.

If CNP was to sell a significant asset of its business (e.g MFS selling Stella), then a trading halt would be very approriate untill the transaction where complete.

Holders are going to ride this one out. For the positive petes out there, lets all be happy that none of our directors have any margin calls (MFS, ABS)
