Seems that there is a growing swell of shareholders, large and small that are now saying that the minmetals deal is nowhere near good enough.
Letters to the board are happening, and brokers are also getting on the band wagon.
The surge in ozl price could indicate something else is brewing and the minmetals deal could be scuttled.
