I love your positivity Rebel.

I agree the MM deal stinks (value, conflict of interest etc) but it is all about timing. OZL had bad luck with the timing (and management) of the loan refinancing, and bad luck now with the timing of the MM deal now that commodity prices are surging. OZL lost control of its future when the refinancing wasn't done.

I believe it is now too late for any other deals to come forward and have adequate due diligence done.

I believe the surge in share price is due to a new relatively risk free company, with cash, surging commodity prices and a new management team.

I think the sp has topped for the time being and will stay around the 80 - 95c range for a while. Happy to be proved wrong.

All personal opinion of course.
