yes, they are all most certainly all factors, however, with the amount of money these guys make, you can't tell me that ANYTHING is a problem!!

These guys have the money to change any situation very quickly, in the corporate world money can do anything.

They truly are not so concerned, if refining capacity is an issue, build more refineries, they could do it in months if they really wanted to. its not like demand is going to suddenly drop if prices drop!!

its all manipulated to get the highest possible price out of a liter of petrol.
